Matt and Mike, co-owners of Backdraft BBQ, started smoking meats together at their firehouse many years ago. What started as a summertime hobby quickly turned into a passion.

Backdraft BBQ was founded when Mike decided to cater his own wedding reception. With much encouragement from friends, family, and their wives after that, they came up with a menu, perfected their craft, and brought Texas-style BBQ to the midwest.

Food Trailer Catering Service

Our trailer comes to your event and includes plates, napkins, cutlery, buns, BBQ sauce, and staffed food service. Guests will be served from the trailer window! A travel fee is added only if the event location is outside our service area.

FOOD TRAILER CATERING

Backdraft BBQ offers multiple options for catering packages. If you're looking for the wow factor for your event, our Food Trailer Catering service is just for you! Our truck comes fully stocked with your menu choices, buns, BBQ sauce, and disposables. Our staff serve your guests right from the truck!

We also offer Full & Half Pan catering orders for pick up or delivery if you're looking for a more low-key event. The customer is responsible for all disposables and heating equipment but we do offer that as an additional add-on.
